Sputter Targets / Evaporation Material
We supply high-purity noble metal targets for thin-film metallization by sputtering or thermal vacuum evaporation. Targets are available as pure elements or alloys, solid or bonded, tailored to your needs. Applications include data storage, electronics, glass coatings, photovoltaics, and mirrors. Product Variations
Germanium
Sealed in a polyethylene bag and packed into a carton box. Package sizes are customized according to customer requirements. Chemical purity (total) not less than 2N, 3N, or 4N, with controlled impurities including Fe, Mn, Cu, Ni, Co, Ga, Al, and Mg.
Hafnium
